We are so excited to announce the release of our new support platform called the Knowledge Base & Customer Portal!
The Knowledge Base is an online resource designed to provide users with easy access to information and answers to questions. For those familiar with the Owners Help Center, we’ve changed the structure and made some great additions to the content.
The Customer Portal is where users can go to submit support tickets and view tickets that have already been submitted.
IMPORTANT NEXT STEP: You will have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with with the subject line:
“You’re Invited: AmpCoil New Customer Portal & Knowledge Base”
This email contains information on setting up a password to log into the Knowledge Base/Customer Portal. Please read the email carefully and follow the instructions to create a password.
After you create a password and login in we will send you further information to familiarize you with the Knowledge Base.
The current Owners Help Center will be phased out!
The owners help center will only stay active for a SHORT time to support the transition to the Knowledge Base. So be sure to sign up right away and start to get familiar with this new platform, we know you will like it! And please document any protocols or information from owners help center tickets that you wish to save.
